I picked up this ipod shuffle the smallest ipod apple makes, it is so small, I will use it daily to get my blood pumping while I work out to start my day.

Drum roll please the ceiling is up , ok there still is a lot of work to be done but it is up , all I need to do now is clean off the excess filler and trim the edges after I choose that wood and paint. Can't wait to show you it all finished.
