Jones Design template : done!

Now that I have a lot more time on my hands again , I have a laundry list of things to do , like clean the fridge , re-organize the basement , laundry , but who wants to do those things on your first few days why not tackle a design project . Mason my 12 year old daughter wants a whole new scheme a graphic black and white scheme, I can certainly comply with a free update to her armoire .

Yesterday I gave it a fresh coat of white paint , and today I decided it would look great with a little black and white detail. So I printed out the template for painted wallpaper offered at Jones Design Company Blog
I kept it simple , doing the one row of brush strokes.

I think it is stunning , I hope Mason likes it as much as I do ....

It was fun enough to paint , looked better when I let the brush strokes show , but let me tell you I can't imagine painting a whole room like this with twice the amount of brush work , but it is still worth the effort.

Now to find the perfect fabrics to make a duvet cover , that will have to wait for now ...
