Yoda????

We call this one Chubby Bunny , its a name of affection , we didn't know if he was a keeper there for a while ,as he bit Sophie in the face twice , he was very confused about the pecking order , he did have a very painful jaw condition that resolved before his first birthday so we chalked the first bite up to that , second Sophie was picking a scab off his ear , bad idea! and right on the lip he bit, I was ready to give up , ordered muzzles , oh he hates his muzzle , it is like a straight jacket though . When the dogs get playing too rough and crazy I can put his muzzle on and Moe naps , it is a helpful item at times to save my sanity .

Sophie has since learned that you don't go face to face with this dog or any dog , and she is very dominant over him , she rightfully hated him for quite some time , and now she would kick his

butt if need be now , when she says NO he runs now , it is a nice change not to fear him , he is an odd ball. We did also hire a trainer to whip him into shape , we sucked at the follow through .

Two headed dog??????????? the little one is Dolce 6yrs the big one is Moe 1 yr.

I am glad we stuck it through as Moe has many faults , he is very high energy ,sometimes thinks he is a torpedo,he is always hungry (known to eat a poo pie if no one is watching , we are always watching now) he loves his brother sometimes too much if you get my drift, eggs Dolce on a lot , scratches my floors chasing Dolce , chewed my bed the other day when I had him locked up during the shower , but he is our Chubby Bunny , he loves us and is as goofy as they get , he is just another member of the family.

A mom a dad , two lovely girls an african albino frog and two Boston Terrier crazy dogs and that is IT!

A baby is coming

I was so excited to have been asked if my sister in law Marissa's baby shower could be here at my house , I love to have people over , I really do , it doesn't happen nearly enough , and I didn't have to make all the food as her sister brought over all the fabulous food and drinks.

I did make a triple sized creamy no bake cherry cheese cake , it is always a hit , and so easy to make. I will admit the cherries could have been better .

Iof course have to make cupcakes , I loved the giant confetti sprinkles I found by Wilton's perfect for a shower.

I even put a little dress on my coffee table , soft and sweet.

Brought out all my blue and green glass wear.

Love the charm of my pastel colored salad plates , some pretty ladies , some birthday some paris inspired all work perfectly together , I mixed them up with plain white one that matched in size perfectly.

White daisy's , funny I asked my girls and husband to pick up white flowers any kind they wanted , and they came back with these , the funny part is that my brother and his wife got married away on holiday and after on a very blizzardy night we had a reception and I made a fitting tiered wedding cake , "white with white daisy's"

I brought out my vintage tin tray with the floral pattern tin , I love this tray I bought it many years ago and use it in my bathroom for my make-up etc.

Apparently the less than perfect cherries didn't stop the devouring of this cheesecake.

If you are curious the recipe is from the Eagle brand Sweetened condensed milk .

What was I so scared about

I will admit it , making slipcovers scares me , my settee has been in need of a new cover for quite some time now , I have searched for a fabric that will work but nothing worked for me so it was left in need .

I decided to dig out a piece of fabric that I love, the black and white ticking . I picked this remnant up for $12.00 when I re-finished my computer chair . I had quite a bit left over but never had a plan for it . I dug it out today and to my happy delight it was the perfect size for me to make a new cover for my big settee cushion , so off I went and made this very casual cover .

I have made three pillows so far today and I will make two more tonight .

My sister in law Marissa's baby shower will be here on Sunday so as usual I am in high gear making sure all and any little fixes are made, I love me some good motivation.

To do list :

• finish a little bit of trim work
• wax black doors
• make cheese cake
• make cupcakes
• flowers
• photo shoot for Mason
• clean , clean , clean
• maybe squeeze in a little Christmas shopping.

Glad tomorrow is a rainy day .
