Do you believe?

I brought the girls to go witness the torch being carried through our town , of course they did not dress warmly enough for our frigid weather I had my parka and scarf and gloves and i was still cold , silly girls , too cool for school, Sophie was with us but would not let me take a picture of her , but she was there to share in the experience.

We are very proud to be hosting the 2010 winter Olympics next month in Vancouver , the torch relay was literally running right through our neighbourhood , how fun , couldn't and wouldn't miss this once in a lifetime event.

Traffic stopped men ,women and children gathered , the excitement built ,cars were honking with excitement people were handing out tambourine's and flags , oh good because I forgot to get some of those ...

whoo hoo , here is comes , the Olympic flame from Greece...

Don't forget the Coca Cola truck blaring music , every good event needs sponsors , right ?

We planted ourselves in a great spot , the drop off spot for the next torch bearer , I believe his name was JC Cunningham , he looked pretty pumped , it was happy to see his happiness...
