Compost Cookies , I saw Kelly Ripa make these cookies on Regis and Kelly last week , I had to try them , they have Ritz crackers and Frito's as well as Rollo's , sound interesting ? go
here to get the recipe

I had to take some new photos of my dining room with my new/old buffet , it is such a nice addition , I am so glad I went ahead and bought it , funny this room used to give me the most stress , it was just not right , now I couldn't love it more , it looks so pretty on a sunny day flooded with sunlight.

You almost can't see the stripes on the walls on a sunny day like this .

It is pretty and comfortable , just what we needed .

It certainly is a beautiful room. Now I need to go check out that cookie recipe!
Love your dining room. Great slipcovers on the chairs. My dining room is flooded with sun today, too, thank goodness. I am tired of cloudy days.
The cookies look amazing! And so does that dining room!
I could a few of those yummy cookies on this VERY snowy day!!
Ooops....I meant to type....I could USE a few of those yummy cookies....he he!
Looks beautiful - I like the mix of traditional and eclectic items. Good balance.
Your dining room is so beautiful!!! I love your colours and your new buffet. It just all looks so gorgeous together. Thanks for sharing
The room is just gorgeous! Great job!!
I love your dining room - so cozy.
By the way, the post on my blog, with 2 photos of your house, is scheduled for tomorrow. I also have a giveaway this week in honour of the Olympics being in Canada, that I wanted to let you know about.
I love your dining room...looks like a magazine. And I was admiring your wood floors. We just picked out some dark wood flooring we like. Do you like yours?
I'm sorry but those cookies sound ummmm undesireable.
Love your dining room too, Chris. You do get some beautiful light and I love how it looks on your dark hardwood. Our dining room faces our neighbours brick wall, not nearly enough light :(
Oh yeah, are the cookies nut free? Your recipes usually are but I just want to check. Our youngests' best friend has a nut allergy.
I LOVE you blog! and now I'm your newest follower!
I subscribe to Design Sponge and read a post about Vintage Simple that took me to Apartment Therapy where I found your "fix" for the screen door (July 7th)That caught my eye (I have dogs LOL!)and brought me here! Your posts instantly made me love my OLD home again! I'm so excited and inspired now! It's so funny how we can find new blogs!
Thank goodness I found YOURS!
Fairmaiden ,
I do love my dark wood floors.
Elizabeth ,
the cookies are nut free as long as the ingredients are all nut free , but also need to be made in a nut free home to be non allergic too
Looks so comfortable and warm. I love it.
Your blog and home are both so beautiful!!! I will be back. :)
