My favorite house is for sale and I can not have it

I am so sad to see the most beautiful house that I have always loved , is for sale $525,000.00 so it is well out of my price range , it is in the most mature and lovely neighbourhood and is on a huge double lot , this is hard to come by , I have always wondered what it looked like inside and it is quite beautiful , not perfectly my style but very well done and I would happily take it in a second. Get a fresh cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the tour.

Wow, that house is exsquisite! I am so impressed with the staging. They obviously have young children; not an easy thing to stage with young kids.

Wow! That is quite a house for 525K!!! I can see why you love it so. I too am looking at a house or two on the beach that are not in my price-range. I know they aren't in the plan...however, I truly enjoyed this video tour as well as reading your blog daily. We have very similar taste...only you are quite handy and I am NOT!! :) I am hoping to be inspired into some self tasks...maybe then I can afford that house at the beach. I particularly loved your grey shingle home segment, which was the same day I was on a real estate hunt. Keep up the good work!

Lovely home, I just wish we could find something like that out here in BC - we're still looking at $625,000 for something like that out here.

We can all dream though cant we!?!?

A dream home indeed. You should work for the local realtors to show homes on the computer site.
I enjoyed the tour. If you don't have dreams you don't have anything. My dreams keep me going.

It is beautiful and has great bones! I bet you have already re-decorated it in your mind now that you know what it looks like on the inside!

Beautiful home, yet is the kitchen on the other side of the house from the family room. That would drive me crazy. I would need my family room nest to my kitchen.

OK, $525K is a steal for this house! It's lovely. The decor is very timeless, traditional, and mature. It's not trendy decor and shows a trained eye for making each room transition into the next. I'm not a wallpaper fan, but in this case, it's tasteful. The backyard is great and has a lot of potential. This is a house that will definitely appreciate over time. The owners have definitely kept their interior syle to match the exterior and that is the real hallmark of good design. I love it! Thanks for sharing.

What a fun tour! I love looking at a beautiful house set to beautiful music. That's a great idea when selling your home. That house is gorgeous! It should sell quickly if the housing market in your area is decent. I thought it was very fresh looking and had a lot to offer. I see why you love it! Thanks so much for sharing it.

It is beautiful! However, if there was a video of your home, I bet folks would say the same thing.
Besides, you're making your home the home of your dreams : )

IT LOOKS NICE ENOUGH, AND I KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH A PLACE... BUT REALLY, WHAT CAME TO MIND WAS THAT IT WAS A LOT OF WORK TO KEEP UP. AND I'M A STAY AT HOME MOM WITH TIME TO DO IT. TOO MUCH.
