A long overdue update

{after} I will admit that it has taken me 5 years to put up this light , it has been collecting dust in our basement for all this time , I had somehow lost a crucial piece that I needed to install it and the glass piece has been broken sadly. These kinds of things just come to me , and I go with it . It would have been changed long before but the ceilings at over 11 feet high in this space it is a challenge to say the least for me to reach , now that it is done I am happy with the look as well as the increased amount of lighting . I dealt with the broken glass by opting for a large globe light bulb , it also needed to be swagged as it dragged up against the wall oddly .
